Just a quick update from the Shop...
Vanessa has been kept busy in the past week with lots of deliveries! Like most businesses we've had delays to our autumn/winter deliveries and we've been working hard to chase stock from Europe and back-fill a few unexpected gaps. That's fine, it's what we're good at and it's what running a small business is all about. We wouldn't go so far as to say there is a shoe shortage - although we might come close to saying that about wellies and trainers - but our Brands don't have the level of stock that they would "normally" have and they are having their own problems getting stock delivered.
Checkout our New Season collection ahead of the predicted cold snap next month. Right now we have a range of styles in all sizes - while those stocks last. We've also listened to what you’ve been telling us in the shop and have added some new Start-Rite girl's shoe styles to our younger kids range (not on the website yet).
We have almost all our winter boots on the shelves and the last few pairs are in transit (from Italy). We have a great range for girls and boys from pre-walkers to size UK large 6, and this year we have EMU Australia boots for ladies up to a size UK 8. We're keeping our prices competitive and running an amazing EMU Australia promotion on our new expanded range of EMU waterproof sheepskin boots. We have one of each style in each size and when they're gone they're gone! Look out for our Competition on Intagram starting next week to win a pair of Ladies Ore Foldover boots and Kids Snow Brumby boots (we'll refund you if you've bought a pair).
For anyone needing trainers, our Primigi trainers have arrived! They were due in July for back to school, which gives you and idea of what we've been juggling with. Our AW21 Skecher trainers that were due last month, including new waterproof styles for boys and girls, have started arriving. There are two new light up styles in stock now and the rest should be with us by the end of October. We'll post them as they come in.
And we have topped up with school shoes after the busy Back To School season so that we have school shoes for boys and girls in stock all year.
We've quickly re-stocked with Wellies again to keep a range of colours and styles in all sizes, because we know our new winter styles have been delayed. Wellies stocks are getting tight, so if you need them come in now while you have some choice (they're not all on the web). It could be December before we get any more and there will be a price rise when they arrive because manufacturing and materials costs have gone up.
Lastly, there's coloured polish due this week to match our winter boot colours, and suede brushes, so you can keep your shoes looking good.
