Shoe Fitting Appointment

You are welcome to walk in for a shoe fitting any time without an appointment. However, you might like to make an appointment to be seen at a specific time. 

We recommend booking a fitting appointment during our busy Back To School season to minimise your waiting time. We prioritise appointments over walk-ins and aim to keep to schedule as far as humanly possible at this time. 

Please only book for the number of children to be fitted. We will always give you the time you need. We have more than one fitter working on busy days and up to four during back to school.

If you need to change or cancel your booking you can do that by following the link in your appointment confirmation. Please be considerate to us and other customers and keep to your appointment, or change it if you can't make it so others can have that time slot. 

You will not be charged for this appointment and will not have to go through the checkout process to make it. We have to put a cost on this "product" for it to show up on Facebook but you will not be charged or have to enter any card details.

When is the best time to buy school shoes for the new school year?

Book in early for the best choice, before mid August is best. We are experienced at fitting ahead for September and offer a free fit-check and exchange nearer the start of term if you are concerned your child has grown more than expected.

You should expect to replace school shoes at some point during the year, we recommend coming for a fit check at February half term or Easter at the latest. Some children may not grow much during the year, but most will grow one to two sizes and need new school shoes at some point.

This is a fitting appointment not a measuring appointment. We are always happy to check our customer's shoes, however please do not make an appointment if you just want your children's feet measured and intend to buy elsewhere, or you want us to check another shop's shoes.

All our shoe-fitting staff are Autism aware.
