Shipping policy

We send items by Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Tracked 48 to the UK and Channel Islands. We are happy to ship outside these zones, please contact us for postage rates.

We aim to dispatch the same working day, however at our busiest times during Back To School in late July and August we may dispatch the following working day. Please be aware that Royal Mail tracked services are not guaranteed delivery times, therefore Tracked 24 does not mean guaranteed 24 hour delivery.

We are happy to send your items by another method if you prefer. Please get in touch if you require a different shipping service. 

Shipping rates may vary depending on the size and weight of your parcel. Our shipping rates are based on a small parcel under 2kg in weight. If your order exceeds the small parcel limits we will contact you to collect the balance for the increased postage charges.  

LOCAL COLLECTION/CLICK AND COLLECT

We offer free Local Pick Up from our shop, select this option at the Delivery stage of check out. We will keep your order for 7 days and can check the fit of the shoe when you come to collect if you would like us to.

It would be helpful to us if you put a note on your order letting us know when you intend to collect your order. 

During our S A L E periods we will keep only orders until the end of the Saturday following your order. If you can't collect before then please contact us to let us know when you will collect, otherwise we will return you items to stock and refund you.
